A Strategy For Anxiety | Shawn Stone
Anxiety has touched every single one of us to varying degrees, for some its a bit of annoying stress, but you’re able to keep grinding, while for others you’ve ground to a halt. The once nagging fear has taken root and it feels like your very life is being squeezed from you, and you are desperate for any kind of relief. You’ve tried many things to be free, yet its all been in vain. Some of you’ve given up hope and just accepted this is the way it will be for you.
This week we looked at an ancient strategy from a Middle Eastern King in a message called, “A Strategy For Anxiety.” You might wonder what can a Monarch say that I could possible relate to? A lot actually. He states that in the midst of the most anxious time of his life he was able to sleep, he found peace, protection- He found God. If he can find peace, then so can we. Your portion is peace, that is what God wants for you.
