Serve the City is a one day event where we are partnering with nonprofits across San Diego to lift up the hurting in our city. We will be painting, cleaning, building, washing, feeding, playing, laughing and ultimately serving our city in the hopes of showing the love of Jesus and letting our city know that we love them and we are here to serve them.

Join us in supporting The Afterschool Clubhouse, a nonprofit helping elementary-aged children thrive through STEM, tutoring, arts and crafts, and social-emotional learning.This year, we’re helping raise funds for their scholarship program, making the program accessible to more families. Come spend the day at the park helping volunteer with STEM, arts and crafts, and games while supporting this meaningful program!
CAPS Pregnancy Clinic

CAPS Pregnancy Medical Clinics is a pro-life medical clinic. Our goal is to provide free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds to encourage our patients with unplanned pregnancies to choose life for their baby. We provide a free program to help our more vulnerable patients prepare to be raise their baby with education, mentoring and free maternity and baby items. Volunteers will put together Breastfeeding and Postpartum Care Kits and will be given a tour of the clinic to learn about the services CAPS provides.

I Love A Clean San Diego

I Love A Clean San Diego’s mission is to create a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment through community action and education. We’ll meet at the church for a 30-minute introduction to why caring for our environment matters, then caravan together to the Belmont Park area to clean up, serve, and get to know the community around us.
Leaves & Roots (Hojas y Raíces)
Location: Rosarito, Mexico

Leaves & Roots (Hojas y Raíces) was founded to give children who work in the fields an opportunity to receive an education, serving families with very limited resources. Volunteers will spend the day helping repair and paint family homes alongside the students, building relationships and serving together before celebrating with games, face painting, and worship music! MUST HAVE PASSPORT, GLOBAL ENTRY NOT REQUIRED.
Olive Crest Food Prep

Olive Crest’s mission is to prevent child abuse, strengthen families, and provide safe, nurturing environments where children and youth can thrive. Spend an afternoon at Olive Crest preparing a meal and serving food to the teens at the Drop-In Center. It’s a simple but meaningful way to show care, build connection, and remind these young individuals that their community is here for them.

San Diego Rescue Mission Outreach

The San Diego Rescue Mission brings hope and restoration to neighbors experiencing homelessness through practical support and walking alongside them towards a brighter future. We’ll begin by learning about the Mission and its work in our community, then head out for street outreach to offer hygiene kits, water, candy, and most importantly, kindness, connection, and the love of Jesus.

The Cove
Location: Downtown La Jolla

We're inviting volunteers to join us for a heartwarming day at The Cove, a skilled nursing facility in La Jolla. Spend time with residents by playing simple games, handing out small prizes, and offering companionship to seniors who spend much of their time in bed. Your time, laughter, and presence can make a world of difference. Come be a light in someone’s day — we’d love to have you serve with us!
Tijuana
Location: Tijuana, Mexico

Cross the border to serve vulnerable communities in Tijuana, where we'll partner with local ministries to meet practical and spiritual needs. Whether working with children, families in poverty, or other at-risk populations, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate Christ's love through hands-on service and personal connection. This cross-cultural experience allows us to support our neighbors just south of San Diego who face significant daily challenges. Join us in building bridges across borders and bringing hope to those who need it most. MUST HAVE GLOBAL ENTRY/SENTRY PASS.
